Job Description Job Description:· Maintain an account-wide Anti-Virus (AV) infrastructure. Including AV version upgrades, policy creations, 100% AV endpoint Compliance.· Design, test, deploy, and maintain automated systems to disseminate AV software and fixes. Troubleshoot and test AV Software and hardware.· Test and implement security countermeasures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data; coordinate, implement, and maintain standards and procedures.· Manage Internet URL filtering software by ensuring policies are correctly configured, tested and implemented with full coverage with the account.· Responsible for the implementing programs to provide physical protection of people, information, facilities, and other critical assets for our clients.· Perform the design, planning, implementation, assessment, and management of access control systems, digital video surveillance systems, CCTV (Closed-circuit television).· Evaluate, recommend, and integrate technologies into various new and existing sites and facilities, and the implementation of plans for systems growth, operations, and personnel requirements· Conduct physical security and risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate and provide recommendations· Maintain access provisioning software and provision access cards for employees to gain physical access to the building· Liaison with various vendors including Fire Equipment vendors to ensure Firefighting and detection equipment are serviced, fully functional. UPS and power generators are serviced and are fully functional.· Assist by monitoring in-house paper destruction process and maintain logs.· Assist with vulnerability audits, forensic investigations and mitigation procedures· Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis· Assist with instituting organization-wide training in security awareness, protocols and procedures· Assist with assessing, testing and selecting new security products and technologies· Perform security audits, vulnerability scans, Risk Assessments and maintain Security risk dashboard.· Provide consultation on system projects, development and business processes by way of risk assessment and recommendations for Security and compliance with regulations and security best practices· Review, recommend and approve changes to logical and physical security controls.· Perform logical and physical access reviews periodically.· Ensure preventative, detective, corrective security controls are implemented and maintainedExperience/Skills:· A strong understanding of commonly accepted security best practices· Experience in Managing and troubleshooting Anti-virus software for large accounts/ enterprise.· Experience in Managing and troubleshooting Web proxy/ Websense or any URL filtering software for large accounts/ enterprise.· Familiar with spam filtering, IDS, routers, firewalls Web Application firewalls etc.· Has experience or understands physical Security requirements and associated technologies.Optional Requirements:· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.· Preferred Certification a plus, such as (Security+, CISA, CISSP, CEH)· Experience with Business Continuity planning and execution.· Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Nexpose, and Saint) Zscaler Web Security-L1
