What You Do:_x000D_
Ensure consistent execution of inventory workflow processes, helping associates with standard operating proceduresAct as a floor leader for associate questions and customer escalationsSupport associate onboarding and provide ongoing process training as neededContribute to continuous improvement by identifying and communicating barriers to successWork with a manager to maintain the high quality and safety standardsTroubleshoot customer issues, modeling desired behavior for the team and escalating to a manager as neededReceive, stock, and replenish productUse systems to scan, process, and count inventoryOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cashMaintain cleanliness of the work environmentPerform additional duties as assignedMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidaysYou are comfortable working in a physical environment. You have the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and be on your feet for a shift, up to 10 hours at a time with or without reasonable accommodation_x000D_
